As Telecommunications Director and Project Manager, was responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of the telecommunications and IT part of the first real-time lottery transaction network in Brazil, using wireless technology: radio connection in cellular topology as a last-mile solution, supported by a backbone with VSAT technology.
