• Design, specification, and preparation of documentation for ANATEL / ITU regarding the space segment for the geostationary orbital position of 61⁰ W;
• Support in contacting potential partners for the space segment program, including technical and economic evaluation of business proposals;
• Support in determining ground system characteristics, including demand studies;
• Design and specification of a satellite communications network, consisting of 8 large central stations, approximately 300 small and medium-sized remote stations, and 93 small self-sustaining stations for public telephony;
• Support in the implementation, testing, training, and commissioning of the company’s satellite network.
